What's on my Painting Table - Eldar Farseer on Jetbike

Despite have a cold virus on my week off I have been able to finish painting my first new Eldar Jetbike model, specifically a Faressr on a Jetbike.  Here is the finished results.

My Farseer swooping down.

An overhead look.

The other side.

I also made myself another, Eldar themed tactical objective marker.

Now this guy is finished I can move onto painting the rest of the new Jetbike miniatures that I have.  They're currently undercoated so hopefully it won't be too long until i get around to painting them (Though I have a lot of stuff that still needs to be painted!).

What's on my Painting Table - Nurgle Cultists

I've been meaning to post these photos on here for a while now but I've had all sorts of trouble with my computer and Internet Explorer not letting me upload photos.

Anyway here are the completed Chaos Cultists that I have been working on. So far I've completed nine miniatures for the unit (Which will be 20 in total) and I am working on another three (see below).

A selection of my new Nurgle cultists.

A closer look at The Humongous, The Cult Champion who leads my unit.  I used some of the GW technical paints such as Nurgles Rot and Blood for the Blood God.

Three of the cultists.  Two of which have been given some small conversions.

A close up of another three.  I used various parts from my Bitz Box to try and make the cultists look a bit more individual.
Here are another three that I am currently working on.

UPDATED - What's on my Painting Table - Death Guard Chaos Cultists

UPDATE: - I've now added some more photos showing my progress in painting up this unit of Cultists.

I've taken a break from painting my Eldar to start on a new unit of Chaos Cultists to replace the ones I've currently got in my Chaos Space Marine army.  My current plan is to slowly, overtime make all of my chaos forces Death Guard (Replacing the red Corsairs which make up the bulk of my force).

Having recently watched Mad Max Fury Road (An awesome movie go see it!) I decided to take some inspiration from it when putting together my Cultist unit.  As such I've done a few small conversions to some of the miniatures to give them a more post apocalyptic feel.  I also decided to use the Nurgle Warhammer Chaos Lord miniature as my Cultist Champion, as let's face it he looks a bit like humongous from Mad Max 2 The Road Warrior.

I'll post some more pictures of the finished unit once they are done.

The first of my new cultists lead by The Humongous.

The Cultists will be painted in typical Death Guard colours.
I'm making progress!

Most of the base coating has been done

I'm also working on painting up this Death Guard Space Marine.

What's on my Painting Table - Eldar Altach

Here's some photos of my finished Eldar Altach.   The photos didn't turn out too well but I think you can get a general idea of what he looks like.

The Altach has purple in his colour scheme to mark him out as a member of the ruling classes.

I've also been working on the remaining two Dark Reapers.  One is my Exacrh who I converted from the Rogue Trader Exarch (As the war gear he was equipped with isn't legal in the current edition).  As you can see he's been given missile launcher from the vehicle sprues.  This is deliberate as part of the back story for this Exarch is that during a battle he used the missile launcher from a wrecked War Walker to hold off a hoard of rampaging Orks.  After the battle he deiced to keep the weapon and customise it to make it easy for him to carry into battle.

The Exarch has opposite colouring to the regular Dark Reapers.

A better look at the two.
Once these two are done I'm probably going to work on my Guardian squad or my three new Jetbikes.

UPDATED - What's on my painting table - More Eldar!

Due to issue with my computer (Damn you Internet Explorer!) I've had real trouble trying to update my blog of late, however it looks like I may have finally manged to fixe the problem so here are some photos of some things that I've been working on over the past few week,  mainly Eldar miniatures as part of my 750 point 40K list.

A close up of the pilot of my Wave Serpent

The Wave Serpent with canopy.  I used a green wash on the glass to make it stand out a bit and look like the pilot had activated night vision.
I added some scorching effects to the engines.

A wide view of the finished vehicle complete with transfers.  I'm really happy with how it come out.

Side view.  The Scatter Lasers are magnetically mounted to the turret so I can change my weapons options as I please.

The eagle eyed of you may have noticed some Dire Avengers in the background of these photos.  these are now finished and as soon as my phone decides to play ball with my computer I will upload the pictures of the finished squad onto here.

PS: With the new Eldar Codex coming out last Saturday I managed to pick up a box of the new Skyrider Jetbikes (Which I'm currently assembling) and the new Altach miniature.  I'll post some photos soon.

UPDATE

As promised here are pictures of my finished Dire Avengers.

Also here's some pics of what I'm currently working on.

Currently have a few miniatures I'm working on, as well as a new Jetbike.

I also managed to to get some more work done on my Altach.
